I am not one to complain about what people post on tumblr or facebook but sadly I could not get this post out of my mind today. On this blog I promote healthy recipes most of which work with weight watchers which is the program I used to lose my weight. I use tons of vegetables in my recipes and focus on slimming down my families favorites. This person I came across today had posted a before and after picture on a tumblr group I followed and talked about how they lost their weight through healthy eating of going to the gym. However in the pictures you can see how unhealthy the person truly was. Everyone’s body needs fuel if they are going to keep moving in the gym and even through out the day. A lot of people who are just starting their weight loss journey cut their calories by way to much and try to spend countless hours at the gym. By the end of the first week they are so worn out and completely drained that they decide they don’t feel better and cut their journey short. Others find themselves devouring food left and right trying to make up what their bodies need.
